What is your processing time?
Most items are ready to ship, but some pieces may be made-to-order if a color is out of stock. Processing time is typically 2–5 business days.
Are all your items 3D printed?
Yes! Every lamp base, accessory, and display piece is designed, printed, and finished in-house. Variations in surface texture are normal and part of the handmade process.
Do lamps come with LED bulbs?
Yes — all lamps include a safe, low-heat LED puck light that fits the printed shade and base.
Can I request a custom color?
Yes! Custom colors are available depending on filament availability. Please contact me through the website or Instagram and I’ll let you know what’s possible.
Can I buy an item that’s out of stock?
Yes — if something is out of stock, you can still purchase it. It will be made-to-order, and production typically takes 3–7 days.
What materials do you use?
I use PLA, a biodegradable and eco-friendly material made from cornstarch. It’s safe for indoor use and creates clean, detailed prints.
Are your items durable?
PLA is sturdy, but like all handmade items, it should be handled with care. Avoid excessive heat or dropping from high surfaces.
Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
Refund Process
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method.
Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us and send your item to our returns address.
Important: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
